I’ll just put it out there: I hate halloween.
It’s wonderful for the little children, dressing up and such, but after you’re about 13, what are you doing people? I realize we’re adults, and we’re free to do as we want, but this holiday just comes across as a joke to me.
I’ll go sit alone in the corner while you people party.
[EDIT 1] Also, for those who complain about the “sexy” costumes, shut up. You aren’t a kid anymore, and some see that as another feature you can spin in a costume.
It’s not taking the holiday away from the children.
THAT’S YOU AS A 20-SOMETHING DRESSING UP.
[EDIT 2] Also, because I must keep editing this, there are these amazing things called conventions. People dress up, it has much more depth than Halloween ever will. That’s where you wear costumes as adults. Okay? Okay. Glad that’s clear.
[EDIT 3] Maybe I’m just annoyed with people who still act like children and in no way like adults. I give some people a pass because I respect them, or they act like adults sometimes, or because I’m inconsistent in how I look at people, but I’m just in rage mode right now and will continue to edit this post with random comments.
[EDIT 4] Even as a kid I didn’t act overly kid-like, or at least I think. Blah.

So I take you aren’t a fan of cosplaying then where adults dress up, act like children, and run around hotels/convention centers/hotels on days of the year that aren’t typically holidays?  :P :P :P

Someone didn’t get enough candy when they were a kid

Someone just sucked at costumes and generally hated the weird ritual of walking door to door and saying trick or treat. Not that I didn’t enjoy it, I did, but kaskjalskjlakjslkjasldkjalksjdas
I’m going to bed. I’m realizing my rage is misplaced and I’m now laughing at this even thought I stand by my original stance anyhow.
